Parties at Sabor

We designed Sabor with parties in mind - and lots of flexible options! Rates vary depending on the day of the week and the time of day you have in mind.

Small Parties

If you would like to hold your party here in Latin style, we would be delighted to host it for you. For parties of more than 8 people we offer a choice of fixed priced menus (sample party menu) - we find this helps to ensure that service to your table runs smoothly. Private Parties

If you are celebrating a special day and would like you and your friends to have the place all to yourselves we can often accommodate you. The restaurant is always available for private hire on Monday nights, when we are closed to the public, and by prior arrangement we can usually arrange to dedicate the premises to you on other days of the week – day or night.

If required, we can help you to organise entertainment with a Latin swing, such as samba and tango dancers and live musicians. We have worked in the past with Latin harpists, percussion trios, vocalists with keyboard accompaniment and guitarists – all drawn from the broad community of musicians born or bred in South American but living and working in London. We can guarantee you an authentic and exciting performance.

Weddings And Civil Partnerships

Sabor is located within walking distance of Islington town hall. We have hosted many wedding and civil partnership celebrations in the past. Call us to assist you on the planning of your big day.

Catering for Personal Celebrations, Business Meetings and Events

Sabor has been entertaining guests for the last 3 years – we can also bring our South American flair to your event on your own premises.

Full-service Catering

Sabor offers comprehensive catering services for any event, custom-tailored to your style and needs. We can offer waiter and barman services in addition to the supply of professional prepared food and beverages.
